Saturdays at our house tend to follow a trend.
If Brian goes to work late, or has the day off,
I take these things......

That's fresh-milled whole wheat flour (with baking soda, baking
powder, and salt), buttermilk, local honey (it's in with the buttermilk),
coconut oil, and eggs so fresh that they were laid yesterday.
I make up a great batter and heat up a
cast iron griddle with a little coconut oil.....

Top them with REAL maple syrup,
harvested from REAL Virginia sugar maples,
as seen here, and you can't do better!
